Working with you to understand your program, we will prepare a scope document that includes floor plans and elevations, site plan, and zoning analysis.
3. Construction Documents
Using the approved scope document, we will prepare construction documents for permits, construction pricing, and use during construction.
4. Permits and Construction Award
We will be with you to navigate the permit process and review of the contractors estimate.
5. Construction Support
The client can choose to authorize levels of construction supprt ranging from a cursorary review during construction for the expereienced client or daily check ins to make sure the work is progressing as intended.
